Policies.
Appointments.
You will be asked to provide a credit card/VISA debit at the time of booking. Appointments booked online will not be charged a deposit, unless booking a permanent makeup service. If you are unable to provide a card for your deposit, please reach out and we will find another way to secure your appointment. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
Late to your appointment?
Please do your best to arrive on time to your appointment, as appointments are often booked back to back. If you arrive late, your service provider will do what they can with the time they have left and you will still be expected to pay the full amount for the service. We understand that some circumstances are out of your control - we ask that if you know you will be running late, that you send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate.
Payment.
Payment for your appointment is due upon completion of the service. Cash and card are accepted forms of payment, however we do not accept e-transfer unless paying for your deposit. We do not always have change available, so please ensure you are brining the correct amount of cash needed to pay for your appointment. NOTE: Payments made by card are subject to an additional 3.5% processing fee, and any e-transfer payments (other than deposits) will carry an additional 5% fee.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an upcoming appointment, please do so at least 48 hours prior to the time of your appointment. You can reschedule an appointment once - any more than this and we will require another deposit to secure the new spot. Cancellations made within 48 hours can opt to have their deposit credited to the rescheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of service fee, and cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the service fee and forfeit the deposit.

Lash Fill Policies.
You must have at least 40% of your extensions remaining for your appointment to be considered a fill. Anything less than 40% will be considered a full set, which will result in a rescheduled appointment or increase in the service fee. Foreign fills will only be accepted on a case-by-case basis, and carry an additional $20 fee. If you are coming from another artist, please make sure you have the details of your set ready before your appointment with us. Failure to do so may result in a rescheduled appointment and additional fees.
Additional Policies.
Please make sure you do not wear makeup to the studio. If you arrive to the studio wearing makeup, you will be asked to remove it and charged for the product. Please refrain from drinking any caffeine at least 6 hours prior to lashing, PMU or tattoo appointments. No food is allowed in the studio, for sanitary reasons. No guests are allowed in the studio, unless previously discussed.
